All achievements can be earned in single-player or local co-op, and all support offline play. As of launch, less than 0.2% of players have achieved 100% completion — making this a challenging but rewarding completion.

Story Progression (7 achievements)
These are earned automatically by completing the main story campaign. Cannot be missed.
Complete the Prologue — Train with the League of Shadows and begin your journey.
Tip: This unlocks after the opening Nanda Parbat sequence. Simply play through the tutorial.
Complete Chapter One — Take down Carmine Falcone and face the Red Hood One.
Tip: Chapter 1 is approximately 60-90 minutes long. Boss fights: Carmine Falcone, Red Hood One.
Complete Chapter Two — Battle through Schreck's Department Store and face The Penguin and Joker.
Tip: Look for the Red Brick in this chapter — it's in a puzzle room after building the catapult.
Complete Chapter Three — Fight Two-Face, Kite Man, and Poison Ivy with Batgirl and Nightwing.
Tip: Switch characters frequently to use their unique abilities for puzzles.
Complete Chapter Four — Face Firefly, Mr. Freeze, and Black Mask.
Tip: The Mr. Freeze fight requires breaking ice shields. Use charged Batarang throws.
Complete Chapter Five — Navigate Arkham Asylum, face Scarecrow, Deathstroke, and Solomon Grundy.
Tip: The Scarecrow fear toxin sections have audio cues — listen carefully when vision is obscured.
Complete Story Mode — Defeat Bane, Talia, and The Joker in the final confrontation.
Tip: The final Joker fight has multiple phases. Save your health pickups for phase 3.
100% Completion (8 achievements)
The hardest achievements in the game. These require thorough exploration and dedication.
Collect all Achievements — Earn every other achievement on the list.
Tip: This is the final achievement. Work through all categories systematically.
Complete every side activity in Gotham — All open-world events, crimes, and challenges.
Tip: Use the map to track remaining activities. Some only appear after completing the main story.
Collect all Collectibles — Gather every collectible in the game.
Tip: Use Free Play mode to revisit chapters with characters that have required abilities.
Unlock All Suits — All 126 suits for all 7 characters.
Tip: Suits are earned through story progression, side missions, collectible rewards, and shops. Save your studs for the most expensive suits.
Unlock All Vehicles — All 20+ vehicles including Batmobiles and Batcycles.
Tip: Some vehicles are unlocked via the main story, others via side missions and the in-game shop.
Unlock All Skill Upgrades — Purchase every skill upgrade in the game.
Tip: Farm studs in Free Play mode with a stud multiplier Red Brick equipped.
Collect all Red Bricks — All 23 Red Bricks hidden across story missions.

Collect all Batcave Trophies — All 250+ props and trophies for the Batcave.
Tip: Trophies are earned from story missions, side activities, challenges, and shops. Use the Batcave menu to track missing items.
Complete every Puzzle Room — Solve all environmental puzzle rooms.
Tip: Puzzle rooms are hidden throughout Gotham. They require specific character abilities.
Discover 100 open world events — Random crimes and events across Gotham.
Tip: Glide or drive around Gotham's streets. Events respawn, so keep moving between districts.

Purchase all Gadget Upgrades for any single character.
Tip: Focus on Batman first — he has the widest gadget variety and upgrades are straightforward.
Purchase a Skill Upgrade from each category.
Tip: Buy one cheap upgrade from Combat, Stealth, Exploration, and Utility categories.
Purchase 3 Gadget Upgrades.
Tip: Early game upgrade — buy three cheap upgrades for Batman's Batarangs.
Purchase all Batcave Expansions — Unlock all available Batcave upgrades.
Tip: Batcave expansions unlock more display space for suits, vehicles, and trophies.

Tip: Simple placement achievement. Go to the Batcave and interact with any display pedestal.

Tip: Shops are located throughout Gotham. Buy the cheapest items available.
Combat & Stealth (4 achievements)
Perform 100 Successful Counters — Time your counter-attacks correctly.
Tip: Press the counter button when the enemy icon flashes. Grind this in the open world against thug groups.
Reach Combat Combo of 99 hits — Build and maintain a 99-hit combo.
Tip: Find a large group of enemies. Use Batarangs to extend the combo at range. Avoid getting hit — it resets the combo!
Perform 100 Stealth Takedowns — Silent takedowns from behind or above.
Tip: Use gargoyles and perches in enemy camps. Takedown one enemy, grapple away, repeat.
Defeat every type of enemy once — All enemy variants in the game.
Tip: Enemy types include: Thug, Armored Thug, Shield Bearer, Stun Baton, Grenadier, Joker Goon, Penguin Henchman, and more. Progress through the story to encounter all types.
Crime Prevention (2 achievements)
Prevent 30 Crimes — Stop ongoing crimes across Gotham.
Tip: Crimes appear as blue icons on the map. Focus on one district at a time.
Prevent each type of Crime in Gotham once.
Tip: Crime types include: robbery, hostage situation, vehicle theft, gang fight, and bomb threat. Cycle through districts to find all types.
Studs & Combos (3 achievements)
Collect 1,000,000 Studs — Total studs collected across all playthroughs.
Tip: Cumulative across saves. Equip a stud multiplier Red Brick to speed this up.
Collect 30,000 Studs within a single stud combo.
Tip: Break every object in a large area without letting the combo timer expire. The Iceberg Lounge has many breakable objects.
Maintain Max Stud Combo for 60 Seconds.
Tip: Once you reach 10x combo, keep collecting studs. Break objects, defeat enemies, and collect dropped studs to maintain the timer.
Miscellaneous (7 achievements)
Equip a Red Brick — Activate your first Red Brick cheat.
Tip: After collecting a Red Brick, go to the Batcave and interact with the Red Brick console to equip it.
Get 5 Gold Medals in AR Trials — Complete AR training challenges with gold ranking.
Tip: AR Trials test combat, stealth, and traversal. Practice each trial and aim for speed + accuracy.
Cash in a Challenge in the Batcave — Redeem completed challenge rewards.
Tip: Complete any challenge, then visit the Challenge screen in the Batcave to redeem.
Roll the camera over 20 degrees in Photo Mode.
Tip: Open Photo Mode (pause menu) and rotate the camera using the right stick beyond 20 degrees. Quick and easy.
Change the screensaver on the Batcomputer.
Tip: Interact with the Batcomputer in the Batcave. Multiple screensaver options unlock as you progress.
Place a Pin on the Map.
Tip: Open the map and press the pin button. Easiest achievement in the game.
Glide in 10 different wind tunnels.
Tip: Wind tunnels are upward air currents marked on the map. Glide into them to be launched upward. Find all 10 across Gotham.
100% Completion Tips
- Play through the story first — Don't worry about collectibles on your first playthrough. Enjoy the story and unlock all characters.
- Use Free Play mode — After completing each chapter, replay in Free Play with any character to access ability-gated areas.
- Prioritize Red Bricks — Collect Red Bricks early. Powers like "Stud Magnet" and "Extra Studs" make farming much faster.
- Farm studs efficiently — With stud multiplier Red Bricks equipped, replay the Iceberg Lounge chapter for dense stud collection.
- Co-op makes collecting easier — Play in local co-op to cover more ground and solve two-player puzzles.
- Check the Batcave regularly — The Batcave tracks your progress for suits, vehicles, and trophies.
